Peter Thomas, PhD

I am a direct, warm, engaged and interactive therapist. I love working with couples and families seeking deeper intimacy, and with individuals who approach their life challenges as opportunities for personal growth. I encourage clients to trust themselves, follow the wisdom of their bodies, and do what they truly love. I work best with clients who want to empower themselves emotionally, creatively and spiritually. I use body awareness and movement, imagery, role-play, energy practices and ceremony as well as talk therapy. My training includes family systems, psychodrama, Gestalt, dream study and shamanism. My experience leading workshops and trainings in North America, Africa, and Eastern Europe has helped me see the world through many eyes. I would be happy to meet with you for a free brief consult.
